Who we are

This website is run by Szabo Zoltan Cristian, an individual based in Romania, European Union. I decide how data about you is used, so I am the data controller.

What this website collects

Nothing from you directly. The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and has no forms. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

If you email us

If you write to hello@tinytools-api.com or privacy@tinytools-api.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare an offer or deliver the work. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, when you ask for an offer, on taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).

We keep emails for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to two years afterwards, unless we work together, in which case we keep the records the law requires.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers our email to us. When you open a page, Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type so it can deliver the page and keep the site secure. We do not use that data to identify visitors.

Your emails are forwarded to a Gmail mailbox run by Google. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit its use or stop using it. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). Write to privacy@tinytools-api.com.

The Softstreak app
